Delivery Conditions
Delivery and handling conditions of OPTIGÉP Ltd. for the year 2023.
Delivery and handling conditions of the machines transported by resellers, customers, and partners of OPTIGÉP Ltd.
- 1.) Sending a written (email) dispatch with the following data:
- Customer's name, billing address (warranty certificate), delivery address (delivery note)
- Exact date of delivery
- License plate number of the delivery vehicle
- The exact type of the machine to be delivered and the machine serial number given by OPTIGÉP Ltd.

Without dispatch instructions, we cannot release the machine for delivery.
- 2.) After the verbal agreement on the phone or the written confirmation sent by email, and following payment, we can prepare and hand over the machine at least 2 business days after receiving the dispatch instructions. Earlier delivery is possible only after a phone consultation.
- 3.) Loading at the premises of OPTIGÉP Ltd. is done by forklift on business days from 7:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The order of loading is always determined based on the sequence of dispatch instructions sent by email.
During the high season (from August to October), the demand for machine deliveries multiplies, so we kindly ask drivers to notify in advance that the waiting time may increase.
- 4.) Machines with a foldable frame cannot be transported when folded!
- 5.) If the delivery vehicle is not suitable for transporting the given machine/machines (dimensions, load capacity), the release of the machine can be refused.
Please take these conditions into consideration and accept them.
